About UNIVERSE

Science Live Show "UNIVERSE" is a science show making good use of computer simulations and networks, where real scientists provide the latest scientific topics in their own research field including astronomy. A volunteering group "Team Chimons" assist the live show totally, in such as computer operation or event management.

The hall "Universe" is placed on the 4th floor of Science Museum, Tokyo (Chiyoda City, Tokyo, Japan), and the first live show was held in this hall on 21st. April 1996. Subsequently, live shows are continuously held twice on every Saturday afternoon.

After September 1998, we have been delivering our show to science museums, planetariums, workshops, symposiums, and other kinds of facilities and events as traveling exhibition -- this is called "Traveling UNIVERSE". Our activities such as demonstrations at workshops or at symposiums, paper publishing, and other products are shown in the web site of Team Chimons. Please refer to its history page.
